  • After Project Commencement: If you choose to cancel after work has started, the initial payment is non-refundable.

• Company-Initiated Cancellation:

  • We reserve the right to cancel the project if unforeseen circumstances arise. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded in full.

3. Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable Fees:

  • The initial payment is non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are considered only if the project is canceled by us before significant work has been completed.

4. Communication

• Notification: All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to info@marketbytes.in.

• Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation request and provide information regarding any applicable refunds.

5. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute regarding cancellations or refunds, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the laws of Kerala, India.
